Live in person Childbirth education class Available by email, call or text. This class is 2 hours long and includes a full birth binder, finished birth plan, my birth partner guide and texting any questions during pregnancy. $250.00 Sleep Packages I have several different sleep packages available. Build your Sleep Plan -Nap plan -Sleep cycles -individualized sleep plan -available for texts/email for 2 weeks $75 In person sleep help: $35 an hour -we pick 2/3 nights for me to come and set up a sleep plan -i will start implementing -contract is usually for 2 weeks, can be longer if needed.

Birth with a Voice is run by me, Lenamarie Gorski. I am a private doula that was trained by birth arts international. I have 5 children of my own that were born all different ways. I want to be there to support your birth and help you and your partner through the most exciting day of your lives! I would also love to help you in the journey of becoming new parents and to help guide you through the fourth trimester. What BWVDS offers clients and pricing
Birth Doula services: I offer my clients my ultimate attention when they hire me as their birth doula. I'm always available for over the phone support (text, email or phone call). I offer two prenatal visits, each lasting about 2 hours. These visits are tailored to what you want to learn about birth and postpartum care, as well as the few things I feel we need to cover. No two clients are alike therefore I don't have a cookie cutter approach to our visits. I like to start our visits at around 36 weeks gestation and visit #2 around 37-38 weeks. I also offer help to prepare your hospital bag, baby room, etc(visit #2)! I will go on call for the expectant mother at 37 weeks and be on call until the baby is born. After the baby is born I will stay with you for about two hours to help with the first feeding, however you choose to feed your baby. I will schedule a postpartum visit when you get home (around 3-5 days after the baby is born) which is also about two hours long (unless requested to stay longer). A multiple birth will be a little different in the terms of when we begin our visits. We will need to discuss how your pregnancy is going etc to determine the exact time we will start. The start time and the on call time will be slightly different and sooner. I SUPPORT C-SECTION BIRTHS AS WELL! As a mommy that has had an emergency c-section I know that a c-section birth needs support as well. A helping hand post-op, help latching that baby to nurse and a support system. I am there! If my clients have an elective or emergency c-section I will do two post partum visits (more if requested) for about 4 hours each to help mom out the best I can (unless requested to stay longer). I charge $800.00 for my birth services. This includes everything listed above. A $200.00 deposit is due within 7 days of requesting me as your doula.
Postpartum Doula Service For my postpartum doula services I charge $35.00 an hour. I offer breast feeding help/advice, care of the infant(s), as well as taking care of some things around the house as needed. I am there to fully support the family in the initial post partum period and to make the 4th trimester as easy as I can!
Breastfeeding Consultations:If you are having trouble nursing and need some help with positioning, advice to get more milk, trying to nurse a fussy I will come to you and help! I will stay for 2 feedings and we will try to perfect it the best we can. I will also include a follow up appointment to check on progress. $75.00 for all 2 visits. I have packages for more visits, and depending on what we need to do we will make a specific outlined plan.
Private Childbirth Education Classes: If you decide you do not want a doula but you'd like to learn about natural childbirth this is the option for you. I have handouts for both mom and partner to help make the birth experience smoother and a hopefully a more calm and informed experience. The class is about 2 hours long. $150.00
